Yesenia Sanchez, Principal
Yesenia Sanchez is a professional coach and non-profit management consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has over 10 years experience working with artists and non-profit organizations as an administrative director, financial manager, program director and consultant and over 15 years working as a holistic practitioner and counselor.
These experiences have given her an indepth understanding of the challenges facing these particular communities, as well as a deep appreciation for the creativity, resourcefulness and innovation often inherent in those who feel called to do this kind of work.
Yesenia believes in an integrated approach to coaching and consulting that is humanistic, yet grounded in the firm realities of the present day. Her practice embraces “left-brained” tools that help build strong financial and organizational infrastructures, encourage critial inquiry and place value on entrepreneurial skills and education.
At the same time, Yesenia is deeply committed to honoring her clients creative vision and perspective by creating a safe space for exploration, discovery and inspiration.
